7minti operates as a verified digital marketplace and procurement platform connecting customers in Pakistan and internationally with legitimate digital software subscriptions, AI computational accounts, creative tools, and developer licenses. 7minti provides genuine digital subscriptions and software licenses with verified customer support.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and represent a one-time charge for the exact tenure purchased (e.g. 1 Month, 3 Months, 1 Year). 7minti does not engage in recurring auto-debit or hidden subscription renewals. Upon plan expiration, access terminates automatically unless the customer voluntarily chooses to renew.

5. Automated Delivery Timelines

Upon payment confirmation, account login credentials, workspace invitation links, and activation guides are dispatched automatically to the WhatsApp number and Email address provided during checkout. Typical delivery occurs within 5 to 15 minutes. In rare scenarios requiring custom supplier verification or niche procurement, fulfillment may take up to 2 to 6 hours.

6. Full Replacement Warranty

Every purchase is protected by our active replacement warranty (ranging from 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, up to the full subscription duration as displayed on the product specification). If a service interruption or credential lockout occurs during the active warranty period, our customer support will issue a prompt replacement or restoration within 2 to 6 hours upon notification on WhatsApp.

• Modifying account billing details, attempting unauthorized password resets on shared workspace profiles, or reselling credentials without authorization is strictly prohibited and immediately voids warranty protection.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Companies Act, 2017. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
