- Verifying and honoring your 7-day, 30-day, or plan-duration replacement warranty.

4. Absolute Anti-Spam and Zero Third-Party Selling
We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy towards telemarketing spam. 7minti will never sell, lease, rent, or trade your WhatsApp number or email address to third-party marketing agencies, lead brokers, or advertisers. You will never receive unsolicited promotional robocalls or unrelated marketing spam as a result of using 7minti.
5. Data Retention and Right to Erasure
We retain your purchase history and order numbers for the duration necessary to provide ongoing warranty coverage and maintain required legal financial records under Pakistani corporate tax laws.
