This policy explains how 7 Minti delivers digital services, OTP numbers, subscriptions, hosting, VPN plans, and marketplace products. We do not ship physical goods.
1. Digital Delivery Only
7 Minti provides digital services and digital products only. Phone verification numbers, OTP codes, account credentials, subscription activations, hosting access, VPN plans, and marketplace orders are delivered through the customer dashboard, email, or official WhatsApp support. No physical parcel, courier, or postal shipment is required.
2. OTP Number Service Delivery
For YouTube, WhatsApp, NVIDIA, Codex, and other supported verification services, customers select the required service, pay in PKR, receive a number on the dashboard, and view the incoming OTP in the same dashboard during the active session.
3. Marketplace Product Delivery
Digital subscriptions and creator tools such as Hostinger Business Hosting, Surfshark VPN, Google AI Plus, AI tools, and software accounts are activated on the customer's provided email address or delivered through the order tracking screen after payment verification.
4. Delivery Timeline
OTP services are normally delivered instantly after purchase when stock is available. Manual payment top-ups and marketplace orders are reviewed by support and are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes during operating hours.
